Martial Arts is an incredible tool for developing confidence, discipline, and leadership. A child who believes in themselves and understands the positive effect they can have on the world around them is a happy child!

 

In Broadclyst (Cranbrook area and surroundings) for 2 age groups: Little Warriors (3-6 yo), TITANS (7 -12 yo).

 

Classes are designed as a FUN way of learning mixed martial arts that are practical for self-defence, with lots of games incorporated. Programs include bullyproof techniques.

CLASSES ARE RUN BY SOPHIE CASTLE, PROFESSIONAL MARTIAL ARTS AND SELF-DEFENCE COACH. DISCIPLINES TAUGHT INCLUDE VARIOUS STRIKING, GRAPPLING AND WEAPON SYSTEMS. SHE RUNS GROUP CLASSES FOR KIDS AND ADULTS AND AVAILABLE FOR WORKSHOPS.
