GROUP MARTIAL ARTS CLASSES FOR KIDS
Martial Arts is an incredible tool for developing confidence, discipline, and leadership. A child who believes in themselves and understands the positive effect they can have on the world around them is a happy child!
In Exeter we are running classes for 3 age groups: Little Warriors (3-6 yo), TITANS (7 -12 yo) and TEENS (13 - 17 yo) by our two instructors Lewis and Sophie.

In Broadclyst classes are run 2 age groups: Little Warriors (3-6 yo), TITANS (7 -12 yo)
Classes are designed as a FUN way of learning mixed martial arts that are practical for self-defence, with lots of games incorporated. Programs include bullyproof techniques.

Tuesday
Location: Exeter, St Matt's Church Hall, Lower Summerlands, Exeter, EX1 2JL
16.15 pm - Little Warriors (3-6 yo) - 30 min lesson
16.45 pm - Titans (7-12 yo) - 45 min lesson
18.00 pm - Teens (13+)/adults classes - 1h lesson

Location: LED Broadclyst Leisure Center - 8 Station Road, EX5 3AL

17.30 pm - Titans (7-12 yo) - 45 min​
Thursday
